GuestIQ is an intelligent inquiry management CRM designed for hotels, villas, guesthouses, and boutique stays across India. Our website (“Site”) provides information about our product and allows prospective customers to request a personalised demo.

The GuestIQ platform itself (the CRM software) is provided under a separate subscription agreement entered into upon onboarding. These Terms govern use of this marketing website and the demo request process only.

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not:

• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
• Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material
• Knowingly transmit false, misleading, or inaccurate information through our forms
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site, its servers, or any connected systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Site
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access or collect data from the Site

By submitting the demo request form, you confirm that:

• The information you provide is accurate and belongs to you or your business
• You are authorised to request a demo on behalf of the property or business named in the form
• You consent to GuestIQ contacting you via the WhatsApp number and email address provided to schedule and conduct your demo

Submitting a demo request does not create any contractual obligation on either party. GuestIQ reserves the right to decline any demo request at its discretion.

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, product mockups, and code — is owned by or licensed to GuestIQ and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from this Site without our prior written consent.

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites or services (including WhatsApp, Google, and Microsoft). These links are provided for your convenience only. We do not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party site.
